Who we are
Reelfleur is a product of Cleareds, a Belgian digital studio (company no. 1026.978.194). Cleareds is the data controller for personal data processed through reelfleur.com and follows the GDPR for users in the EU. Questions: hello@cleareds.com.
What we collect
You give us: your email and (for password sign-in) an encrypted password; or, with Google sign-in, a stable identifier and email. The files you upload — screenshots, logos, images — and the scenes you generate. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
Collected automatically: basic usage and feature-interaction analytics (Google Analytics), device/browser information, and your IP address for security. Cookies are used for authentication and analytics.
How we use it
To run the studio and your account; to generate your scenes; to send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts — marketing only with opt-in); to protect against fraud and abuse; to improve the product in aggregate; and to meet legal obligations. Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interest in security and improvement, and legal compliance.
AI processing
When you use AI generate or refine, your text prompt and brand name are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to write the layout and CSS motion. Your image files are never sent to a generative model to be repainted — they are composited pixel-exact by our own renderer. Anthropic is contractually barred from training on data sent via the API. You can use recipe-based motions, previews and exports without any AI call.
Who we share with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run Reelfleur — Supabase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), Anthropic (AI text), Resend (email), Google Analytics — each under their own data-protection terms; with parties required by law; or in a business transfer. On mobile, purchases are processed by Apple/Google via RevenueCat.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as the law requires. When you delete your account, personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days, except records we must keep (e.g. invoices). Rendered files sit in private storage and are served through short-lived signed URLs.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. EU users may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. To exercise a right, email hello@cleareds.com with “GDPR Request” in the subject.
Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, hashed passwords, row-level access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, current precautions.
Children
Reelfleur is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; contact us if you believe we have.
International transfers
We prioritize EU hosting. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes are announced by email or in-product notice. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
